Creating online forms with Zamic is easy and free, whether it be a simple survey, quiz or you need to capture something else, it can all be done with Zamic.
You can set the form to be automatically emailed through on completion and/or store the submitted data into a database for manual or scheduled export. You have the ability to set permissions to make forms public or you can make them private and just share them with selected contacts.

Licensing
Is it really free, what's the catch? Zamic provides a large number of features for free, but like all other companies we do have costs that we need to cover. To do this, if you require extra functionality that isn't available in the free edition of the widget, you can upgrade the license. You can view pricing and feature list here.
