Zamic Billing HelpAccount Tab
The account tab displays your current balance, gives you the ability to top up and view the invoices of top up credit you have applied.
Balance
The current balance of your account, to add to this click the Top up button. You can refresh your balance by clicking the refresh button just to the right of the balance.
Top up
The Top up button will open a dialog that allows you add to your balance inside the Zamic system.
Once you have clicked the Top up button, the above dialog will be presented to you. Enter in the amount of credit you wish to add to your account, your credit card number, expiry date and the CVC usually at the rear of your card. Click the Top Up button to add the credit to your account. Once this has been successful, you can click the Close button to close this dialog.
The balance will then be reflected on the main billing page. If it hasn't updated, click the refresh button beside the balance and the new balance will be shown.
Please note: We do not store credit card details on our system, all credit card transactions are processed securely through our credit card processing provider. Each time you wish to add credit to your account, you will need to enter in your credit card details.
Licenses Tab
The licenses tab allows you to add licenses and displays a list of licenses you have added to your account. You also have the ability to see who you have assigned licenses to, assign a license, manually renew a license for an additional month or remove the license completely.
Add License
Add license allows you to add a license to your account. To add a license, click the Add License button and a dialog will pop up.
Once you have clicked the Add License button, you'll be able to assign a license to your account. The top of the dialog shows your available credit and the required credit to add the license. Select the number of licenses you would like to add (this can be useful if you are adding licenses for multiple contacts), select the license from the license drop down and then click the Add button to add the license. The license tab will now show the newly added license.
Assigning a license
Once you have added a license, you can assign it to a user inside your contact list. To assign the license, click the Assign link. A dialog will popup with a list of users you can assign the license to.
Search for the user by clicking on the dropdown box, enter in the users name or username and then select the desired user. Your name will be shown first with '(me)' appended to your username, if you wish to assign the license to yourself, select that from the drop down. Once done, click the assign button and the associated user inside the license list will have their name under the Username column, you will also see the Assign link change to Revoke.
Revoking a license
You have the ability to revoke a license from a user at any stage, to do this click the Revoke link.
Renew
Licenses are renewed automatically on your monthly anniversary date from when you added the license. You can renew a license at any stage for a further month by clicking the Renew link. This can be useful if you have previously run out of credit and you wish to reinstate the license.
Remove
Remove the license from your license list. This will stop the system from billing you for additional months.
Note: Unassigned licenses are still billed/debited on your anniversary date, if you wish not to be billed for unused licenses, please make sure they are removed from your license list.
Transactions tab
The transactions tab displays a list of transactions that have occurred inside your account. Whenever a top up is done, a purchase is made or a renewal occurs, it will be displayed in this list along a status showing whether it was successful or not.
