How to get a delivery report inside Exchange ECP

When messages are not being delivered or are having issues being delivered with Exchange 2016/2019, you can view the delivery reports inside ECP.
When messages are not being delivered inside Exchange 2016/2019, you can view the delivery reports using ECP. By default Exchange Server has a 30 day retention period for message tracking. To do this, log into ECP => "mail flow" => "delivery reports" and follow the instructions below;
- Select the mailbox to search
- Search for messages received to or from
- Optionally enter in something to the subject line
And then search, you can then double click on the search result to find the the details of the delivery report for that particular email
