Inside CloudStack the Host stays in an alert state, rebooting the host doesn't resolve the issue.
When in CloudStack getting an error
The Host stays in an alert state
The host with the particular problem needs to have the local storage repository removed and added back in again
I was able to do the following by
- unmanaging the cluster in cloudstack
- migrating the VMS away
- managing the cluster again
- removing the faulty host
- unmanaging the cluster again
- maintenance on the XenServer host
- Run the below commands
- disable maintenance on the host
- manage the cluster again
- add the host back into the cluster
Error Message
com.cloud.utils.exception.CloudRuntimeException: Another active pool with the same uuid already exists

###Create new master
